Any suggestion for home builders in Eastern suburbs?
Balwyn, VIC 3103 is located within the Boroondara local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We are looking at building a new home - 40-50 squares on a quarter acre block. Budget $700k-$1 million.
Any recommendations for a good builder? companies like Simonds, Henley, Metricon etc seem to be too "mass produced" and dont go into that next level up of luxury.
Some of the ones I have seen around Balwyn, Canterbury are Masterplan Homes, Canny Builders. Also seems to be lots of private construction companies that I havent heard of nor have a website to look at.

Maybe find a chinese builder as they are doing all of the building in Balwyn.

I'm a current Canny client and I DO NOT recommend Canny. We are 18 months into a 10 month project with no end in sight. Huge staff turnover (5 different site managers!), lots of lies and mistakes and false promises. I was told by a contractor that his other Canny clients are equally dissatisfied. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures.
