Banks is a good area for young families as many of the properties are in the 300 000-400 000 which is affordable for young families. It has a great atmosphere being so close to the Rob Roy Nature park, which is the perfect place to explore with the children on a sunny afternoon. You may even see horse riders as you explore the bush tracks. It is a very family friendly area, as the blocks are big, allowing ample room for the family back yard.
