We are looking buy in Banora Point NSW. Is it a safe family environment

Everywhere I take the kids, be it the local shops, the park. People are just so lovely.
It is really worth looking into further. All amenities are within 5km, the beach 10km.
No need to travel for hours to go to the shops, dentist, doctors, beach, parks, day care, schools golf course, most within walking distance from your house.
Banora is very central without it being a busy rat-race.
