Have the internet speeds improved in 2013/2014 for Bargara? What service provider do you use?

Bargara, QLD 4670 is located within the Burnett local government area, part of the Wide Bay-Burnett Region in Queensland.

I am thinking of relocating from Brisbane to Bundaberg/Bargara. As I work mostly from home I need a good internet speed. I will probably travel to Brisbane once or twice per month on the Tilt Train. Does anyone else commute like this?
