What are the best areas to buy a house in Bargara Beach?

My husband and I will be retiring in abut 12 months and we will be moving to Bargara. We live on the Gold Coast now. We want to buy a house in a quiet street that doesn't have many or any rentals or Air B. Any suggestions on streets etc greatly appreciated.
