"Convient and Local"
We lived in Tarragindi for many years. Found it a convenient, central and friendly place to have children, Close to everything and has the express bus way - commuting to the city super easy. Has off road cycle paths direct to the city too.
Be aware of freeway noise. We moved because it just got more and more noisy. Make sure you take the wind direction into account when assessing the noise. My wife is deaf and her hearing aid batteries went from lasting 3 days to 6 when we moved out of the suburb! We have since heard from the very friendly neighbors our purchasers did not realise how noisy it is.
