The area of Astoria park is one of the most well sought areas in the hills district.
The school catchment is Mathew Pearce which is the best school in the area and rated very high in new.
In my opinion you don't hear much freeway noise as there is barriers that baffle the sound.
There nice homes in this area and all of the above mentioned would be a positive to purchase in this part of the hills district.
