Why is Baulkham Hills considered to be an advantaged area compared to Parramatta?

Hi CelineD, I guess it really comes down to your preference.
Baulkham Hills has long been regarded for its excellent public schools and family friendly surrounds. The "to be built" train line has only increased its appeal.
