How is the area bordered by the trainline and Beaufort St,Coode St and Grand Prom in Bayswater?

looking to buy in this area but a bit concerned by the comments about antisocial behaviour near the train station. Thanks!

My Aunt lives in this area, with her teenage son she has made some really nice friends with her neighbours and the area is family friendly. I went to the local primary school and high school and did not encounter many issues.
