Is the property hard to be rented out in Bella vista?
Bella Vista, NSW 2153 is located within the Baulkham Hills local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
My partner and I are looking to buy a further home in Bella Vista. But in the new couple of years, it will mostly like be rented out. We notice that not many properties are for rental in Bella, and the ones on the market are listed over 30 days. Just wondering whether the property in Bella Vista is hard to be rent out?

If priced right and market well we are renting out in 2 weeks max at present. There a lot of demand due to schools, life style and transport. A lot of people are looking at present as well now covid is over and to move before Xmas and the new school year.
