Bellara is the first suburb as you arrive on Bribie Island via the bridge over Pumistone Passage. Bellara has excellent shopping and banking facilities. Bellara is quiet, geographically flat and great for bicycle riding and also water sports. The best part of Bellara is the still water and watching the sun set over the water and behind the Glass House Mountains.
