Hi GeorgieF,
Yes parts of Bellbowrie have been flooded, but in total only a small portion, with the larger part being unaffected. You can go to the Brisbane Flood Maps to look specifically where the flood affected houses are on a map, and if purchasing the realestate agent will be able to advise you of this too.
