Looking for 'lost' relatives.

A few of my relatives (Dan Jones & his wife Rachel, their daughter, Essie & son, David) moved out to Australia, leaving Wales in 1926 & arriving in Brisbane in 1927. They settled in Hambledon on a Sugar cane farm & family in the uk kept in touch until 1946 when Rachel Jones died. Her husband lived until 1967 & I believe that 'Dan Jones Street' has been named after him. We'd very much like to contact their family again. It's such a shame to lose touch so if anyone has any information I'd be very grateful.
Thanks for reading this,

Hi Mair, a lot of time has passed since you lost contact, but good luck finding some information.

Mair, have you tried looking for them by using Facebook?

Facebook has over 400 million users and I found a few people who I hadn't seen or spoke to in over 10 years just by typing their name into the search box.
