Should I buy my first home in Bertram or Wellard?
Bertram, WA 6167 is located within the Kwinana local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
im looking to buy my first home and have had a look around bertram and wellard in perth wa. the houses are good in price and seemed quiet but wondering if there is more to it than that.
a couple of things i want to know about are as follows:
1. quality of education (primary and highschool)
2. crime rate in bertram and wellard
3. if internet connection is any good
4. community services (childcare, GPs, police stations)
