What is it like to live in the Chase Estate in Berwick

I have a budget of $900k and am looking for a 3BR home that isn't is a bad area. I'm not from around Berwick, but from what I can ascertain there appears to be 4 areas: north Berwick, Olde Berwick, new Olde Berwick and south Berwick. I know that the Chase Estate is in south Berwick and was wondering people's thoughts on buying there. I want to to be a good investment (so something that will appreciate at least relative to surrounding areas) but also safe and with good neighbours. If you wouldn't recommend living in the Chase Estate, please suggest other surrounding areas that are affordable for my price range (i.e. I know Olde Berwick is fantastic, but I can't afford there). Thanks in advance and no well-intended comment is non-valuable to me!

The chase estate has skyrocketed recently,Old Berwick is beautiful but I can tell you know it has gone out of favour. Migration has pushed the new estates through the roof. Berwick south is where is is at & the prices people are paying price wise prove it it. Houses are going for 1m-1.4 in the chase, minta farm ( newish) is also skyrocketing, get in fast before things go up even further once the new roads are completed off soldiers rd
Best steeet in the chase is chase Blvd & Bridgewater blvd.
