It really does depend on which area you wish to live in. It ranges from $350K to over $1m! Timbarra Estate for example has jumped dramatically and is now reaching about $400+ for a standard 3bed 2 bath home. The blocks are often small in that estate. Olde Berwick is much nicer with larger blocks however it is also more expensive. You would definitely be looking at over $450K.
