"We love our house, it is for sale only because we want more acres"
PoloX grounds with pony club less than 2km, we ride there and back, community hall just down the road, high and primary school busses on the corner. City only 12 minutes away with all the mod cons. Great camping and fishing on the Fitzroy river. Very horse orientated community, you can ride all the roads in total safety. Kids walk home from the school bus, people walk and run and exercise their dogs. Neighbours keep an eye on your livestock if you are away.
A very nice semi/rural community.
