"A great place to bring up the kids, retire, enjoy a relaxed lifestyle"
Blackall has daycare, kindy, prep -12 schooling, governement agencies, good medical expertise and followup, very green good water supplies, very safe low criminal activity, Good shopping can get almost all you need in town, or just overnight from major centres. Bus and flights available to Brisbane etc.
