Looking at buying in the top end of blair athol. We are a young couple looking for a nice neighbourhood to raise a family. It seems quite convenient, central yet affordable. I believe the area is quite the undiscovered treasure! Do you agree????

Hi Bruno, you are quite right that the area is central and seemingly good value.
The demographics show more young families & couples occupy the area than investors or single professionals, that may suggest a family oriented neighbourhood.
