Buying in Blakeview? Yes or no?

Hi All,

I am looking at buying a property in Blakeview through the Defence Housing scheme, therefore our tenants are guaranteed, so I am not concerned about this. What I am interested in is the possible resale value of the property in 10 years time.. I don't expect it to be worth triple the price but as a local, do you predict prices may steadily rise? Are there any new cafes, or shopping centres going up? Any info that I can't find online would be great.
