A friendly, quite and peaceful residential pocket 16km west of the Melbourne CBD with great access to the ring road, public transport (Trains & Buses) ample choice for education (child care, kinder, school & tafe) Close enough to walk to the local Maxweld St Stores and shopping precincts of Sunshine Marketplace, Deer Park Shopping Strip & Glengala Rd. Multiple choice of recreational grounds from Mt. Derrimut Golf Course to local sporting fields and parks with the added bonus of the Kororoit Creek and Western Ring trails/paths.
