"Private and well presneted"
I recently listed and leased a house in this street in one open inspection. It was very popular due to the location of the estate. It is just off the Eastlink Freeway and is close to the local shopping centres. The estate has a lovely entrance and the streets are clean and well kept. The residents are very quiet and it creates a safe atmosphere.
