"Very popular street"
Bond Ave is very popular with buyers and it's easy to see why. Many of the homes are character homes, the land is flat, the public Primary School is a couple minutes walk away, the beach is a couple minutes walk away, the Hindmarsh River walking/bike path is minutes away and you can easily walk into central Victor Harbor. A brilliant location for those seeking a lifestyle that offers convenience and recreational options.
