Reviews of Bonnet Bay, NSW
"Country change near the sea."
Bonnet Bay is the ideal suburb for both families & couples. Value for money its much more appealing than Jannali or Sutherland, but for some unexplained reason its less expensive than both. I have lived here for nearly 30 years & can't understand why its priced lower than surrounding suburbs. We have a country feel within 30 minutes of central station & 20min drive to the local beaches, Jannali station is 2 minutes away. Brilliant parks & sporting facilities yet we aren't well known by outsiders! Thirty years ago I was asked where's Bonnet Bay? In 2012 I still am... Go figure !

"Home of the Kookaburras"
Have lived in the Shire over fifty years and moved three times to find the ultimate quiet hide-away,at the end of a cul-de-sac,surrounded by the bush we all love and treasure. So if you are after a tidal waterfront lovely water views down the river, birds, bluetongues, peace and quiet, now is the time to act- it's for sale! - house is too big for just the two of us,so it's listed at a very reasonable price, check it out at Sanders Real Estate Jannali.......We are really going to miss this house and this wonderful suburb.

"A beautiful area to live amongst the trees and along the Woronora river"
Bonnet Bay is a beautiful suburb tucked away on the banks of the Woronora River. Lot's of lovely homes, tree filled streets, a sunny position, great views and some fantastic waterfronts, lots of lovely parks, great local shops and a lovely primary school, tucked away, but close to Miranda Fair, Cronulla Beach, Restaurants of Gymea and Cronulla with Sydney City only a shorty drive away.
