Looking for a home in Bonython Avenue?
"Neat and tidy comfortable living"
Pine Avenue is a very well-maintained street. It has lots of brick houses (circa 1960) with neat manicured gardens. It is close to the sea (about a 5-10 minute drive), near to the airport, and about 20 minutes to the CBD.
This safe and established area is very popular with retirees, and there are lots of activities in the area to support this. There is the Glenelg Golf Course at the end of the street, and various lawnbowls clubs on the waterfront at many of the nearby beaches.
