"Quiet and close to everything"
Have lived here since 2007 and it's the best location. Quiet with lovely neighbours. You can walk to the local kinder, monash aquatic, Holmesglen tafe and Glen Waverley station. Catch the bus on Waverley road straight to st kilda via Chadstone Shopping Centre. Walking distance to Springvale Road bus stops. In the Brentwood Secondary school zone. Walking distance to Central Reserve. We pulled down the original home and built our dream home in this court. We love it.
