Reviews of Boundary Street, Bundaberg South
"Noisy and Impersonal - great for renting"
This street has two cross roads at one end and one round-a-bout at the other. It's a through road, so you get lots of hoons excellerating from the cross roads. I wouldn't want to have a pet cat or dog on this street.
There are lots of flats on this street, so it's quite busy. You can also hear the traffic from the main roads in Bundaberg. At night you can hear the train. There is some domestic voilence in the area - late night yelling matches and drunken idiots from the near by pub.
There are some really nice looking old Queenslander houses on this street - I feel sorry for the people who own such a lovely home on the street.
The neighbours are impersonal and indifferent, which is great for a small town actually! Heaps of uni students live on this street too.

I used to live close to Burnett St (on the corner of McConville and Targo), and I would have to agree that the area is very noisy. There is a pub nearby (the Melbourne Hotel), and patrons are very noisy when leaving.
Hoons do speed in the area, but I would say that this is not a localised problem, all main thoroughfares in Bundaberg are speed traps. Svensson St at Svensson Heights is the same.
Burnett St is also in South Bundaberg, about 5 blocks from where a child murder took place.
I have my office on Boundary Street, and its a great location for this. My neighbours are great, friendly and keep an eye out at night. It is a busy street though.
Funny comment about the neighbours! Do you mean that they are usually more nosy, and that having indifferent neighbours is unusual?
