Looking for a home in Boundary Street?
"quiet - family friendly"
Lived there for 4 yrs, partner lived there for 7. Sadly about to move on for money reasons, not by choice. Quiet street, very family friendly with retired couples and young families in most houses. Most children appear to be in the tween age bracket of late primary to early high school. Very cat friendly, also several restrained dogs and birds live on the street. Alot of construction several blocks over, but this has caused little noise or general disturbance and may provide alot of employment opportunities when completed. Most blocks are approx 800 sq m and have similar looking highset houses from the 60s and 70s and large sloping backyards. Great if you have or want kids, pets or a picket fence lifestyle.
