Reviews of Bourton Road, Merrimac
"Friendly community, handy to public transport to take you to major shopping and beaches"
Nice place to live. Great to know that the new Merrimac Railway Station is to be built in the not too distance future. It will be an alternative to the bus. The station is to be located just a short stroll across the green space provided for the corridor, access to the station, plans show it to be, basically at the bottom of the gardens of Bourton Rd properties
"Everything within cooee"
It is great to live in an area where the people are wonderful and so respectful of your privacy. The area contains a fantastic range of living options from the smallest to the largest accommodation and talk about investment. invite anyone to find a more secure, better planned or more convenient living environment.
The shopping experience is totally enjoyable with every type and every major retailer and department store within a five minute drive and (while it is hard to believe) linked to a regular reliable bus service and affordable so you can live with only one car so that's a massive saving.
These days. There are lots of churches and I do not know of any that are not in the area and that also includes schools and the organisations that support religious ideals.
Sporting and entertainment from family days out to the theme parks, the beach, cinemas and cafes. Also casinos clubs, football and racing means relaxation is a way of life that is within easy reach.Direct access to the hinterland, Springbrook,Hinze dam and Tambourine National park offers wonderful places to visit. This is the best live-in home investment I expect to make in my life.
There are several complexes with pools and tennis courts. There are dog free and pet friendly options.
The Gold Coast City Council has committed to Bikeways and walking paths within the area which will add to the already healthy lifestyle.
