"A Quiet Place"
Bracken place is a court location with very few friendly neighbours. It is a prime location only minutes away from Lynbrook Station. A 5 minute walk to St Francis De Sales Primary School and a further 5 to Lynbrook Primary.
Furthermore, this court location is only minutes away from the Westernport Freeway and a drive away to Marriot Waters shopping compound, with a number of child care facilities within close proximity.
It is a safe and family oriented neighbourhood with a number of parklands close by.
A place where i raise my child and now attends one of the primary school near by.
Nothing beats a court location for that peace and quiet you long for, especially after a long day of hustle and bustle in the CBD.
