"Slightly elevated and close to public primary school"
Brand Ave is under 1km to the beachfront and runs parallel to the coastline. It is a nice tree-lined, sheltered area with older style homes. The Victor Harbor Public Primary School is located at the eastern end, making this a very desirable area for families. There's cafes nearby and it's a short drive into town center (or about a 20 minute walk if you're feeling active).
