"Brand street"
We moved here in 2019. We made a big effort to improve the landscaping so have had very nice comments from several neighbours except one who has been very anti social. But the other 3 close neighbours are terrific and we are helpful to each other but still keep our privacy. We lived in Benalla but it was too hot in summer and colder in winter. This week it was 23 in Sale and 37 in Benalla. Its a no brainer. Buy in a nice street and enjoy the lifestyle. Btw I have lived in 30 places in 5 countries. The next move I make will be into a coffin. :0)
