Well, when I was living there, I didn't meet or know of any Indian families; however, that was some time ago, and things might have changed. Knowing they now have Khatti's Curry Lounge, that might be an indicator of demographic change. From what I observed, many families I knew were not very open to trying 'non-western' food. So, I like to believe that the establishment of that business is meaningful and may suggest evolving community diversity.
