Can anyone help me out and give me a comparison Branyan/South Bingera

Hi, dont know the Bundaberg area but looking to buy. Have seen two nice places on in Branyan and one in South Bingera can any one tell me good and bad things about these areas and also any top suburbs around Bundaberg but must be acreage estates that is 1 acre blocks or small acreage.
Suburbs to stay away from as well please. Many thanks

My family and I lived in the Branyan area on 1 acre for 10 years and found it brilliant in every respect. having moved from a 600m2 block in Brisbane....We found that the 10 mins into the city centre, 3 mins to the corner store awesomely convenient...the best of both worlds, room to move , space between you and your neighbour and room for the dog, cat, chooks etc...
As a real estate agent with listings in all areas, it would be difficult for me to say good and bad areas, but like every town there are higher and lower priced areas.
The main difference will be the land value....South Bingera is lower priced than most areas of Branyan. We do have a half acre (2000m2) for $99,000 and an allotment in Branyan. I also have a brick home on 1 acre (4000m2) coming on the books for the high $200's in a nice area overlooking the river (well above any flood waters).I think this will turn into a book, so it would be best to ring me for loads of information on 0417 635390. Thanks again, happy to help.
