Hi, We are looking to buy an investment property on Dean street in Bray Park. We might also move into it down the track. (We r family of 4) . Wondering if any localities comment on this particular street, how it is in terms of safety, convinence, any housing/welfare commission etc. Any rekevant info will be appreciated. Thanks Sunny

Have lived in the next street for 20+ years. Good quiet area, mostly owner-occupied with the odd private rental. Walking distance to shops and restaurants/takeaways, private and public schools close.
