Is Esplanade Ave Brighton's most convenient Street ?
The locals will tell you that Esplanade Ave and Menzies Ave are the most convenient place to live in the district. If you are into swimming , lawn bowls, running, walking or bike riding it is all at your door step. just a short stroll to the beach and the train station or bus stop. Great for the kids to get to school. If you are into Lawn bowls the Brighton Beach Bowls Club is at the end of the street on South Road.

The Esplanade is many things, but 'convenient' depends on your needs, it has no public transportation options, hard to find any on-street parking, has no shops to speak of, and during peak times can be the most congested road in Bayside after the highway (not to mention the road noise and fumes, esp. the section from the Yacht Club to Head St).
