We had interviewed two other agents and had almost decided on one but felt something was missing. A friend recommended Sam and with almost no notice he visited us on a Sunday evening. He was friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable regarding the area and marketing and selling processes. He told us what he would do, how he would do it and in what time frame. He made us feel confident enough that we appointed him on the spot. He did everything he said he would and provided regular and clear communication. We conducted a strategic auction campaign and through superior process sold unconditionally for a good price one week prior to the auction date.
