Hi Dilan, I think the answer is it depends on your individual situation/goals etc... I've helped hundreds of people buy a DHA property, including friends and invested myself. There are some die-hard DHA detractors, but I think the positives outweigh the negatives. I write an investor blog that you might find useful if you're checking out DHA -
