Australia Day in Brisbane

I am trying to get a semi compressive list of what's taking place around Brisbane this Australia Day , I have noted down a things and hoping to add more to the list.

Flag raise.
Raising of the flag shall happen between 11am till 12:15pm at the Jezzine Barracks in Townsville

Great Australian Bites
From the 23rd till the 26th, head down to the River Quay in South Bank.
People from around the area will show off their cooking skills using quality Queensland ingredient.
Along with food, you can enjoy live acts and other forms of entertainment this Australia day.

Pineapple Hotel
You can spend the day celebrating with great music and a good excuse to drink heavily on a Tuesday afternoon. You can also ascend the plateau and enter the Pineapple Throwing contest and finish the day by winning back some of the cash you have probably spent celebrating.

Australia Day fireworks
7:30 in South Bank Parklands, Make sure you get down to the river to watch the fireworks to close off the holiday.
