Hi Deborah
Tarragindi is often described as the green and leafy burb! It has 12 parks covering nearly 9% of its total area. Also backing onto Toohey Forest, there is plenty of space to take your dogs for a walk. Over 77% of Tarragindi is owner occupied, with very few unit or townhouse complexes. A good majority of property that is available for rent or for sale on the market has a land size of 600m2 or above, giving plenty of yard space for your pets. It has an added bonus of having good access to the CBD via public transport and the M3 motorway.
Hi Deborah Fairfield and Yeronga are 2 suburbs which have plenty of parkland (pet friendly). They are quiet and close to the Brisbane river. Several cafes and restaurants in the area have good reputations for serving great breakfast and dinner meals. Queenslander style homes in the area have a lot of character and are reasonably priced in the current market. Even though commute is not necessary, the train & buses are only a stones throw away if there ever is a need to go to the city. Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre will cater for all your conveniences.
Thanks so much for the information I will get on line and have a look at the area - So helpful of you. Are there any other areas you like ?
