Best suburb for a family moving to Brisbane?
Hi all :)
I'm after some suburbs suggestions preferable from people that currently live or have lived in the Brisbane area recently please. My partner and i will be relocating our family, 3 & 4 year old daughters at the end of 2013. My mother may also be moving with us.
We will be renting, looking for a 4 bedroom+ house or 3 bedroom with sleep out or granny flat style property, for no more than $500 per week. I will be needing to complete my Tafe diploma. My partner has no specific trade so would be looking for any local work available. We own vehicles so public transport isnt a big deal.
We are looking for a family friendly suburb, particularly with great primary school/s close by. I would really appreciate advice and opinions on particular schools in any given area as my daughter starts her first year next year and i need to arrange this as urgently as the house. Im happy with a public schools but would ideally like one smaller in size with a great reputation.
I would like to be close enough to shopping complexes and everything i need but that little bit out from the city to avoid the busy traffic and city living but all suggestions welcome.
Thank you :)
