Can you recommend the best suburb for us?? Moving from VIC to QLD (Former Queenslander!)

Our family is wanting to move to Brissy from Melbourne. I am from QLD but have never lived in Brisbane. We are moving from Camberwell in Melbourne and are seeking something similar. Below is a list of things we are hoping for.

We would like:
-Affluent, Professional & Safe for families
-Green, kids parks & walking spots
- Some good cafes & places to eat
-Easy access to CBD for work & highways to go to the coasts on weekends
-Good schools, daycare & great for kids
- Modern / renovated homes

Windsor, The Grange, Gordon Park - inner northern suburbs of Brisbane are great to consider for easy access to the City and family orientated areas.
On the Southside - Camp Hill, Carina and Holland Park.

Thanks so much, this is very helpful! Do you happen to know if any of these areas were effected by flooding? and also what areas are flatter then others? ( We are not used to such big hills like they have in Brisbane!) Thank you

Its best to look street by street - as they do very so much - some streets in Windsor did flood - but you can go on Brisbane City Council website - flood map to find out which ones. The Grange is a little further out and not so hilly. Its always good to rent first before you buy - then you get a better feel of the areas and which ones suit your family and your budget.
