Home for sale suits wheelchair access

I have a large single level 4 bedroom home plus granny flat area that would ideally suit someone looking for a home that is easily converted to suit wheelchair facilities.

Being a Carpenter myself, I am happy to do this for the buyer .
Have read a lot of articles about how difficult it is to find the right home for chair access,
I think my home would be very easy, has extra wide passageways and open kitchen, dining, living area. Bathroom is huge.

Not sure how I would go about where to advertise this though, how do people get to know ?
I was thinking there must be a service of some sort that actually caters for finding homes suitable for wheelchair access.

Any help would be much appreciated
My email address is [email protected] or phone 0417 750 663.

Regards
Albert

HI Albert, my name is Christine and I have just created a facebook page called Accessible Homes Australia I am endeavouring to offer a service that finds and displays Wheelchair Accessible properties for sale and rent throughout Australia. It is still in its early stages (its literately days old ) but how it works is, followers pf the page inbox links to properties and admin posts them on the page.. Hopefully it will help make finding Accessible properties easier and less stressful. Good luck with your sale ! Regards Christine :)

hello everyone,
I'm a Swiss citizen, wheelchair-user and want to emigrate to amazing Australia. If possible near the sea, a lake or river. And I will take my two adorable cats with me. Therefore a garden would be perfect. Also because I love plants. I'm looking for at least 2 bedrooms, flat or house. but affordable please. Please send offers to: [email protected].
Thank you very much!
Kara

I’m about to put my house on the market. Even though I’m not in my wheelchair 24/7 My home has had lots of mods done for when I am.

3BM, 1 office, 1 Bathroom, DLUG with remote controls and a workshop. 3 steps at front with rails and the back entrance has a ramp. Lots of concrete footpaths for easy access to house from garage.
Stanthope QLD. 2.5 hours to Brisbane.

I’m wanting to buy a similar size home anywhere in QLD east of the great dividing rang between Beau Desert and Gympie. I’m also interested in Toowoomba Region
