Hi NarasimhaV,
I recommend you have a look at these suburbs: Sandstone Point, Carseldine, Caboolture, Wynnum West, Petrie and Boondall. All of these should have something in your price range and i think they're all nice areas.
I'm not too sure about the schools but you could have a look at the suburb reviews and see if anyone has rated any of them.
