Is rentvesting in Brisbane the right option?

I am considering getting into rentvesting. This would be my first time, if anyone knows where a good place to start looking, that would be a great help?

The great thing about investing in Queenslands is that the prices are nowhere near what levels are being achieved in Sydney and Melbourne. This works for two reasons. Firstly, purchasing any investment will not set you back as much and secondly, it attracts people who being priced out of the more expensive cities. Win, win!
