Land in Brisbane
Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to find land to buy/build a house that's more than 3000m2 or acreage within a 40km radius from Brisbane Airport. I'm having horrible luck trying to find one on my own through Real-estate and Domain.
Purpose of large land is to grow Fruit Trees and orchids, etc.
Does anyone have any tips on how to find land that may not be on market but is selling and how to get a builder to build a large house on a budget? I'm interested in sorting out the civil, structure, electrical before anything else. And kitchen of course. Everything else can come/happen in years.
Saw a few in New Beith, but the soil was very sandy, don't think I can grow fruit trees or vegetation on that land.
Please help ?
