Not a restaurant, but Botanica in Red Hill is great for a quick bite for salads or sweet treats. Also try Charlie's Raw Squeeze (various locations).

You're better off going to a vietnamese or Indian restaurant.
Inala and Darra have best and authentic Vietnamese and all of it is gluten free (rice based).
Except the bread, obviously. No gluten free bread
