Mature couple wanting relocating to Brisbane from Sydney.

We are a mature couple (no children), wanting to relocate from Sydney to a nice suburb within 30 -40 minutes out from Brisbane's CBD due to our affordability. Ideally we would like to purchase a house with 3bedrooms, 2 bath plus 2 garage with a budget of $420,000. Would be flexible if it means securing a property in a reasonable location; i.e safe, quiet yet with good amenities close by.
