Nice quiet suburbs

Hello Im looking for suggestions of nice suburbs no more than 25kms from Brisbane cbd. Also suburbs that has good public transport (preferably train) not too fussed on it having cafes or a shopping centre as long as they arent far (5-10 minutes drive). I like feeling like a got away from the city without being too far to travel. Near a beach would be nice but not a necessity. To compare to other cities I have lived in Hallett Cove in Adelaide and Edithvale in Melbourne (although just a little too far out for my liking).
