Relocation - suburb suggestions please

Hi. We are looking to relocate to Brisbane in the next six to eight months. My partner will be doing alot of regional travel for work and be based away more than he will work in the cbd. I am trying to find suburbs that are within ten to fifteen minutes of a train station and a half hour train ride to the airport and the cbd. I am feeling quite overwhelmed om realestate.com as I don't have any local knowledge of good suburbs. We have two young children. I am looking around 400k to a maximum of $430k. Could I please have some suggestions of family friendly areas? Thank you.
